  3. A very catchy beginning. As you have very correctly mentioned, working conditions stands as one of the most important in the company package. Cause the rest of the components give physical satisfaction whereas working conditions give mental satisfaction. Also, onboarding is very crucial. It was identified through research, in America 1/3 of more than 1000 employees left employment before completing 6 months of joining the company (Sahni, 2023)

    2. Agree. Even I had to face the same problem. To sort out this issue proper staff manning should be done. when we do not have adequate staff count we always face such issues. Paying OT and providing other compensation packages can also be a another option to overcome the problem.
