Understanding Organizational Needs

Analyzing requirements, goals, and challenges in a company, its operations, and culture is called understanding organizational needs. Without proper understanding of organizational needs a company cannot achieve its goals neither can be success. It includes evaluating resources, skills, and gaps to efficiently line up strategies, processes, and initiatives for top performance, growth, and sustainability(Chungyalpa W and Karishma T,2016)

Employer Branding 

The process of promoting and shaping companies reputation is the employer branding. Company Culture, Values and its benefits will be used to attract and also to retain top talent minimizing attrition. Below are few strategies used in employer branding(Chungyalpa W and Karishma T,2016).



Utilizing Multiple Sourcing Channels 

Attracting Candidates can be done in different ways using several platforms. Job boards, recruitment agencies. Social media, employee referrals, networking events are examples of few platforms. Diversifying sourcing strategies will enhance the chances of finding the right person for the right position.(Chungyalpa W and Karishma T,2016). 



Effective Job Description 


A job description will include several criteria’s such as responsibilities, qualifications required, language, specific tasks, and desires skills and specifically it will outline the roles. It will also show company culture. It is necessary to specify accurate information and requirements to obtain better results. Not specifying any of the above categories may lead to unresolvable issues which can always harm the company brand name(Chungyalpa W and Karishma T,2016).

Streamlined Application Process


Facilitating easy guidance and fulfilment for candidates would occur if a streamline application method could be initiated. It’s various friendly interfaces, forms different steps and ambiance will attract further applicants. This will bring attention of many smart and talented candidates towards the organization with minimum of recruitment costs(Chungyalpa W and Karishma T,2016).

Candidate Screening and Assessment 


This process will help to evaluate candidates in an overall summarized manner before the actual interviewing process starts for vacancies. By doing these it will help to filter most suitable candidates for the relevant required job role avoiding time waste and resources. This process will certainly quicken up the main candidate interviewing process. This is done in a diverse manner such as categorizing candidates as per their qualifications, culture fit, backgrounds and skills. 

 Candidates Experience 

Depending on the responsiveness, clearness, communication and other factors an employer shows an employee within a interviewing process this sole experience creates an overall impression and image towards the brand and the organization. A positive employee would enhance his view to see it multiple ways during this that is called candidate experience.

 Collaborative Hiring Decisions

This Recruitment process is a process that occurs with the involvement of many hiring parties: Hiring managers, HR professionals and manning agencies are some of them. These are diverse parties supportive to the employer. These multiple parties will be focused on the cultural fit and objectives of the organization in order to get best expertise candidates for the organization.

Continuous Improvement 

By reviewing processes and the workflows, obtaining comments and initiating alternative changes ‘identification of the continuous improvement required areas will occur. If continuous development or progress is focused it will help to increase productivity, efficiency and quality adopting to rising challenges and helping an organization to drive towards sustainability aligning with their goals and objectives.


Diversity and Induction Initiatives 

If a company wants to foster inclusivity and integration of diverse talents into its culture, diversity and Diversity induction initiatives should be implemented. Involving and initiating procedures, developments and mentorship programs to employee groups, by harmonizing fairness and responsiveness, cultivating different workforce and enlarging the mentality of the employees will help to initiate diversity and induction initiative in different manner.
