Understanding Organizational Needs
Analyzing requirements, goals, and challenges
in a company, its operations, and culture is called understanding
organizational needs. Without proper understanding of organizational needs a company
cannot achieve its goals neither can be success. It includes evaluating
resources, skills, and gaps to efficiently line up strategies, processes, and
initiatives for top performance, growth, and sustainability(Chungyalpa W and Karishma T,2016)
Employer Branding
The process of promoting and shaping companies reputation is the employer branding. Company Culture, Values and its benefits will be used to attract and also to retain top talent minimizing attrition. Below are few strategies used in employer branding(Chungyalpa W and Karishma T,2016).
Utilizing Multiple Sourcing Channels
Attracting Candidates can be done in different ways using several platforms. Job boards, recruitment agencies. Social media, employee referrals, networking events are examples of few platforms. Diversifying sourcing strategies will enhance the chances of finding the right person for the right position.(Chungyalpa W and Karishma T,2016).

This is done in a diverse manner such as categorizing candidates as per their qualifications, culture fit, backgrounds and skills.

Depending on the responsiveness, clearness, communication and other factors an employer shows an employee within a interviewing process this sole experience creates an overall impression and image towards the brand and the organization. A positive employee would enhance his view to see it multiple ways during this that is called candidate experience.

By reviewing processes and the workflows, obtaining comments and initiating alternative changes ‘identification of the continuous improvement required areas will occur. If continuous development or progress is focused it will help to increase productivity, efficiency and quality adopting to rising challenges and helping an organization to drive towards sustainability aligning with their goals and objectives.
Diversity and Induction Initiatives
If a company wants to foster inclusivity and integration of diverse talents into its culture, diversity and Diversity induction initiatives should be implemented. Involving and initiating procedures, developments and mentorship programs to employee groups, by harmonizing fairness and responsiveness, cultivating different workforce and enlarging the mentality of the employees will help to initiate diversity and induction initiative in different manner.
